Four equinoxes: Toledo, Spain  *  Paris, France  *  San Cristobal de la Casas, Mexico  *  Dallas, Texas

The finale for the “Dreams and Divinities Equinox Shows will be hosted by the award winning Dallas gallery “LuminArte” The international exhibition will open on March 21st in celebration of  the Spring Equinox and balance in all fields of life. The principal visual styles showcased include Visionary Art, Surrealism, Fantastic and Magical Realism. Artists were inspired by cultural and spiritual sources, elements of nature, explorations into the subconscious mind, visions, dreams and imagination.

The Dallas show concludes a three year odyssey starting in Toledo Spain on the Spring Equinox of 2013. The original show which is assosciated with the book Divining the Dream, travelled through Andalucia and had its finale on the Fall Equinox in Paris, France. The following year, on the Spring Equinox, the city of San Cristobal de las Casas hosted a new show in one of their museums. This show also emphasized balance and to assure continuity, some of the the art from the European show was included. The show later travelled to Monterrey for the Mexico finale at Amon-Ra Gallery. For the North American finale at Luminarte, some of the pieces from Toledo and Mexico have been mixed with new work to give a sense of both continuity and freshness.

The opening reception begins at 7:00 pm on Saturday with artists in attendance; and both the reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
